1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. These charges will be collected along with the purchase. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing your order.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are processed within 2 business days of placement. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to minimize delays.


4. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer care team before dispatch. Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.


5. Deliverable Pincode Availability

Courier services may revise their serviceable areas due to operational constraints. If your pincode becomes non-serviceable, our support team will contact you for an alternative address. If delivery is not possible, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.


6. Delayed Delivery

If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer care team. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation strikes, or courier issues.


7. Order Tracking

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery. If accepted, please contact our customer support immediately and share pictures or videos of the damage for assistance.


9. Taxes

All prices shown at checkout are inclusive of all applicable taxes.


10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. If you still wish to cancel, you may refuse delivery. For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated once the product is returned to our warehouse.

11. Missing or Damaged Items

If any product is missing or damaged in your package, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a video of the unboxing for claim verification.


12. Lost Shipment

If a shipment is confirmed lost after courier investigation, we will issue a full refund or replacement.


13. Fake Delivery Notification

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update. We will investigate and assist accordingly.


14. Return to Origin (RTO)

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, reshipping can be initiated once the product returns. For COD orders, please place a new order.
